General Warranty

Most products are covered for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-transferable.

Certain types of goods carry less than 1 year of warranty. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at .

To start a warranty claim you must create a ticket in our system, provide Proof of Purchase to include Model, SN and MAC address of the unit (unless an accessory).

Please include a brief description of the issue.

Please note there are some instances where we may be able to remedy the issue without sending the unit in for RMA.  There may be an instance where interaction with you may be required for the disposition of the ticket. If you do not respond in a reasonable time the ticket may be rejected.

The warranty does not cover abuse of product, or no problem found. If this is the case a report of findings will be sent to you. In turn it will be your responsibility to pay for any return shipment to back to you.  This makes it important to list as much information as possible on the issue.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping and associated costs for returning your item to BuzzTV. In most cases if there is an exchange or repair BuzzTV will return the product at our cost.

These policies and any determinations are at the sole discretion of BuzzTV.
