This Policy describes the types of information that may be collected or provided when you use the BuzzTV 6 mobile application (“Mobile Application” or “Service”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, safeguarding, and disclosing that information. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. The only data we collect is crash and diagnostic data necessary to understand, diagnose, and fix problems with the Service.
Crash and Diagnostic Data:
We automatically collect limited technical information related to application crashes and failures to help us improve the app’s stability and performance. This data may include device type, operating system version, app version, stack traces, and other crash-related information. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We use Sentry as a third-party service provider solely for crash reporting and diagnostics.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
The crash and diagnostic information we collect is used for the following purposes:
- To monitor and maintain the performance and stability of the Service.
- To identify, diagnose, and fix technical issues and crashes.
- To improve the features, reliability, and user experience of the app.
